Tracking a strong batch of showers moving through Cherokee and Adair county right now. Some of these could produce some gusty winds and also some heavy downpours. We’re also watching additional showers developing in the River Valley this evening. There’s still an opportunity for more thunderstorms tonight as the cold front continues to push through the region. The severe threat will also diminish as we lose the heating of the day for the most part, but some storms that do form overnight could be on the strong side.
