It seems that for the past couple of mornings we have had some interesting little showers to wake us up and get us out the door. Most of the showers that I have been watching are pretty isolated – and most of them have been happening in Madison and Carroll counties. This morning I did notice that we had a little thunder and lighting with our early risers. I have not heard of any lightning damage or extremely heavy downpours.
Over the next couple of days we’ll hold on to several chances of scattered showers. I don’t believe any day from now through the end of the weekend will be a total washout – but it sure would be nice to get some rain in here to wet the ground soil and cool us down a bit. Our chances of rain for the next several days range from 20 – 40%.
I hope you can have a great weekend.
