We had some strong storms move through the area early this afternoon. They caused a lot of wind damage and left some without power. Right now things have calmed down with a few isolated thunderstorms just east of the area.
The severe threat is pretty much over tonight and for the rest of the night we could still see some isolated showers. With all the moisture in the air there’s also the possibility for some patchy fog to develop overnight and early tomorrow morning. Tomorrow afternoon we’ll have another round of scattered showers and thunderstorms. Some of which could be strong to severe with strong winds as the main threat.
